Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and gift cards.

3. Return Process

To return your product, please contact our customer service at support@differentcraftindia.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@differentcraftindia.com.

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
